A confined docket hearing is set for a Chillicothe man facing a felony sex crime charge.

Court documents say John Kelley Malloy faces a felony charge of first-degree sodomy or attempted sodomy.

Records list that charge from January 29.

Bond for Malloy was issued Tuesday at 15-thousand dollars cash only.
