Chillicothe Man Charged With Three Felony Sex Crimes

A Chillicothe man faces three felony charges from an incident earlier this month.
Court documents say Dale Marvin Barker Jr. faces felony charges of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy with a person less than 14 years of age, statutory rape or attempted statutory rape of a person less than 14 years of age, and incest.
Records list all of those charges from November 3.
No bond or future court dates have been set for Barker.
