Chillicothe Man Gets August Court Date on Felony Trio in Livingston County

A Chillicothe man faces three felony charges in Livingston County Court.
Court documents say Noah Joseph Shaw faces two felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and an additional felony for endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs.
Records list all three charges from July 5.
The court set Shaw’s bond at 10-thousand dollars cash only.
Shaw will next appear in court on August 8 for a preliminary hearing.
