Chillicothe Man in Court Tomorrow on Four Felonies

A Chillicothe man will appear in Livingston County Court Friday on four felony sex crimes.

Court documents say Charles Richard Smith faces two felony charges of second-degree statutory sodomy, a felony for second-degree statutory rape, and a felony for fourth-degree child molestation.

Records list the four charges from March 26.

The court denied the bond for Smith.

He will next appear in court Friday at 1:30 p.m.
