A Chillicothe man will appear in Livingston County Court this afternoon on five felony charges.

Court documents say Benjamin Dale Williams Jr. faces four felony charges of endangering the welfare of a child and a felony for first-degree harassment.

Records list all five charges from April 20.

Williams Jr. entered a not-guilty plea on July 6 and waived formal arraignment.

He will appear in court this afternoon for a plea/trial setting.
