Chillicothe Man One of 18 Indicted in Drug Conspiracy

A Chillicothe man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for his alleged role in a 1.7 million dollar conspiracy.

Court documents say 31-year-old Seth Alan Turbyfill is one of 18 indicted for conspiracy to distribute over 150 kilograms of methamphetamine and 10 kilograms of heroin.

A federal grand jury returned a 25-count indictment on September 30.

Reports allege the conspiracy ran from January 2017 to September 30, 2020.

Turbyfill faces additional charges of illegally possessing firearms in connection with a drug-trafficking crime and being a felony in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

The owner of Rockstar Burgers in Kansas City, 42-year-old Brian Douglas Smith, is also charged in the drug conspiracy.
