Chillicothe Man Picked Up on Outstanding Warrant

A Chillicothe man was picked up on an outstanding warrant Tuesday.
The Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail booked 22-year-old Roger D. Cain Jr on an outstanding warrant out of Livingston County for alleged bond violation from leaving the scene of an accident on December 3rd.
Cain was originally facing felony charges for rape in the second degree, and domestic assault in the third degree from earlier this year.
He currently awaits trial at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with a cash only bond set for $20,000.
