Chillicothe Man Set For Preliminary Hearing on Felony Trio

A preliminary hearing is set next month for a Chillicothe man charged this week with three felonies.
Court documents say Bobby Jay Oleson faces felony charges of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony, and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
Records list those charges from Monday, October 14.
Bond for Oleson was set Monday at 25-thousand dollars cash only.
He is next set to appear in Livingston County Court November 14 at 2:00 p.m.
