Chillicothe Pair Gets New Preliminary Hearings on Five Felonies in Livingston County

Two Chillicothe residents have new preliminary hearings on five felony charges in Livingston County Court.

Court documents say Benjamin Dale Williams and Nicole Marie Koch both face four felony charges of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child creating a substantial risk.

Williams faces an additional charge of felony first-degree harassment.

Koch faces an additional charge of felony resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony.

Records list the charges from April 20.

The court set bond for both at 75 hundred dollars cash only.

Williams will appear for a preliminary hearing on May 24 at 9:00 a.m.

Koch’s preliminary hearing is on June 7 at 9:00 a.m.
