Chillicothe Police Report a Runaway Juvenile

The Chillicothe Police posted a runaway juvenile alert to their Facebook page.

The juvenile is 16-year-old Chevelle Capri Justine Chapman who is five feet and 3 inches weighing 90-95 lbs. with long black curly hair and blue eyes. Chevelle has an infinity symbol tattoo on the inside of her right arm just above her elbow.

She was last heard from at approximately 10 PM on Saturday 9/18/2021. It is possible she is in the Brookfield or Chillicothe area.

Chevelle is alleged to be with Joshua Davis, who is on the Livingston County most wanted list with a warrant for a probation violation.
