Chillicothe Woman Charged With Felony Child Abuse Back in Court Next Month

A Chillicothe woman facing a felony abuse charge will appear in Livingston County Court next month.
Court documents say Stacey Lynette Soper faces a felony charge of abuse or neglect of a child.
Records list the charge from May 9.
Soper appeared in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.
The hearing will continue to next month when Soper appears back in court on August 23 at 9:00 a.m.
