Chillicothe Woman Jailed in Murder Investigation

A Chillicothe woman has been arrested in a local murder investigation. Twenty-two year old Avery Nicole Young was arrested early Tuesday morning and placed in the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Authorities say Young is being held on suspicion of murder, abandonment of a corpse, abuse or neglect of a child resulting in death, and drug charges.
No formal charges have been filed at this time.
