Chillicothe Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Pair in Livingston County Court

A Chillicothe woman faces two felony charges in Livingston County Court.
Court documents say Laura Marie Deac faces felony charges of abuse or neglect of a child and endangering the welfare of a child-creating a substantial risk.
Records list the charges from November 8.
The court set Deac’s bond at five thousand dollars cash only.
Deac pleaded not guilty Thursday and will next appear in court on February 21 at 9:00 a.m. for a preliminary hearing.
