Chillicothe Woman Set For August Docket Hearing on Felony Drug Charge

A Chillicothe woman faces a felony drug charge in Livingston County.

Court documents say Tamala Jean Buchanan faces a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.

Records list that charge from Sunday.

The court set Buchanan’s bond at five-thousand dollars cash only.

Buchanan must also wear a drug patch and undergo supervision services.

Buchanan will next appear in court on August 4 at 9:00 a.m. for a confined docket hearing.
