Chip Seal Work Hitting Daviess County Today

A chip seal project will close Daviess County Route B today.

Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will close Route B from Interstate 35 to Route 190 beginning, Thursday, June 4 at 6 a.m.

Crews anticipate reopening the roadway by, or before 2:30 p.m. Friday, June 5.

The roadway will remain closed to traffic overnight.

During the closure, motorists must use an alternate route.

All work is weather-permitting and schedules are subject to change.
