City Of Cameron Announces Griffon Road Closing In July

The City of Cameron has officially announced the planned closure of Griffon Road for road construction and paving.

After years of waiting the project will construct the new road and improvements from Grand Avenue (Old 36 Highway) and BB HIghway. The work is set to begin on Monday, July 10 and is expected to last through the end of August.

Griffin Road will be closed during the construction and drivers will need to use alternate routes.

The scheduled road closure is subject to change and may be extended if necessary.
