Clinton County Health Department Hosting Curbside Vaccination Clinic

The Clinton County Health Department has announced an upcoming curbside COVID-19 vaccination clinic at their office in Plattsburg.

The clinic is scheduled for Friday, October 8 from 8:30 A.M. until Noon and from 1 until 4:30 P.M. at the Health department offices located at 106 Bush Street in Plattsburg.

The vaccination clinic will include vaccination from all three manufacturers, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Moderna.

Booster doses are available for Pfizer recipients age 65 and older, as well as those 18 and older who work in high-risk occupations, including healthcare workers, first responders, and those who work in retail and service industries with large amounts of public contact. Booster doses are also available for those with high-risk conditions.

Six months must have elapsed since your last dose to receive a booster.

Persons receiving Pfizer who are less than 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present to consent to vaccination.

The Health Department asks that those who have already received a dose of COVID-19 vaccine to bring their vaccine record card with you so it can be updated.
