Could a Casino Be Coming to the Lake of the Ozarks?

(Missourinet) There have been legislative efforts over the years attempting to allow a casino at the Lake of the Ozarks. During a meeting Wednesday at the St. Jo Frontier Casino, Missouri Gaming Commission Chair Mike Leara was asked what he thinks about the idea of a casino going up at the popular lake destination…

Current law allows the licensing of 13 casinos. The State Gaming Commission, which decides about casino licensing, has already licensed 13 Missouri casinos.
