Troopers report a Saint Joseph woman suffered injures in a Buchanan County Crash early Saturday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on Highway 6, two miles east of Saint Joseph, as a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Amber M. Kneale drove eastbound.
Authorities say Kneale traveled off the south side of the road to avoid a deer, then returned to the road, overcorrected, traveled off the south side of the road, struck two mailboxes, and struck two utility poles.
Troopers report Kneale suffered minor injuries and sought treatment at Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph.
Authorities say Kneale was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
