Distracted Driving Bill Heads To Missouri House

(MISSOURINET) –  The Missouri Senate has given the green light to legislation designed to prevent distracted driving. The bill that is headed to the House of Representatives is sponsored by state Senator Jason Bean of Holcomb (hole-come)…

The bill bans drivers from physically holding and using their cell phones and other electronic communications devices. Fellow Republican Senator Mike Moon opposes the bill saying that Missouri already has distracted driving laws currently in place.
