Drug Intoxication Ends in Arrest in Platte

An intoxicated driver was arrested in Platte County early this morning.

At 1:44 am this (Thursday) morning, the Missouri Highway Patrol reported the arrest of 20-year-old Trey M. Merriman of Kansas City.

Merriman was charged with driving while intoxicated – drugs, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was taken into custody for a 24-hour hold in the Platte County Jail.
