Drugs and Firearm Charges Cited in Daviess County Arrest

Drugs and firearm charges were among the arrested charges in Daviess County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 48-year-old Dewey C. Bedsaul of Mt. Vernon, Missouri at 9:23 Tuesday morning.
The arresting charges are listed as felony driving while intoxicated with drugs, felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony unlawful use of a firearm.
Bedsaul was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail for a 24-hour hold awaiting formal charges.
