DWI Causes Death in Buchanan County

A DWI caused a death in Buchanan County
According to a report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Wyatt L.Gardner of Rushville, Missouri was arrested on felony DWI causing the death of another charge at 1:41 am Monday.
Eighteen-year-old Cassandra Donaldson was pronounced dead at Mosaic Life Care Monday morning. She was a passenger in the vehicle Gardner was driving overturned into a creek when he lost control making a right turn. A 15-year-old passenger was also riding in the vehicle.
Gardner was taken to the Buchanan County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
