Early Morning Drug Arrest in Caldwell County

A man was arrested early this (Wednesday) morning on drug charges.

According to a report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says 23-year-old Daniel J. Kelchner of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania was arrested at 1:02 am.

He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kelchner was booked into the Caldwell County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
