Early Morning Drug Arrest in Clay County

A Kansas City man was arrested early this (Friday) morning in Clay County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 22-year-old Tarik F. Harris at 1:30 am.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated – drugs, failure to yield, careless and imprudent driving, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance – less than 35g of marijuana.
He was taken to the Clay County Jail and then released.
