Excelsior Springs Girl Hurt In Utility Vehicle Accident

 

A 12-year-old Excelsior Springs girls was left with minor injuries after a utility vehicle she was a passenger in overturned Sunday evening in Ray County.

Troop A of the Highway Patrol says an 11-year-old Excelsior Springs girls was operating a John Deere 825E side by side on Wolf Holler Road east of Highway O in Ray County at 6 P.M. Sunday. That’s when the vehicle began to skid and went off the right side of the roadway, where it overturned.

The driver of the UTV was not hurt. A 12-year-old female passenger however was left with minor injuries. She was taken by Ray County Ambulance to Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City for treatment.
