Excelsior Springs Man Arrested On Drug Charge

An Excelsior Springs man was arrested Tuesday evening in Ray County on felony level drug charge.
According to the arrest report from Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 20-year-old Carter D. Freeman was arrested at 7:54 P.M. in Ray County on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for speeding and having no insurance.
Freeman was booked into the Ray County Jail before being released from custody.
