Excelsior Springs Man Arrested on Drug & Driving Charges in Ray County Saturday

Troopers report the arrest of an Excelsior Springs man Saturday in Ray County on drug and driving charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 20-year-old Carter D. Bransetter on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, speeding, not wearing a seat belt and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Authorities booked Bransetter into the Ray County Jail.
