Excelsior Springs Man Arrested On Traffic Warrants

An Excelsior Springs man was arrested Thursday in Clinton County on outstanding traffic warrants from Ray County.

The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 43-year-old Summer D. Monk at 12:37 P.M. Thursday in Clinton County on misdemeanor warrants from Ray Conty for traffic offenses. Online records show those as driving while suspended, failing to maintian fincaial responsibility, and failing to register a motor vehicle.

Monk was booked into the Clinton County Jail to await bond.
