Excelsior Springs Resident Arrested on Felony Drug Charge

An Excelsior Springs resident was arrested on a felony drug charge Tuesday morning in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 31-year-old Nicole C. Wilms faces a preliminary charge of felony possession of a controlled substance.
Wilms was taken to the Ray County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
