Missouri 2nd District Representative J Eggleston says the legislative process is designed to create laws for the betterment of the state and/or community, but he says sometimes process also prohibits bills may not meet that standard. He says he feels like one of those bills was Senate Bill 1588.
He felt another one example was House Bill 2171.
