Fairfax Teen Arrested on Four Driving Charges Sunday in Atchison County

Troopers report the arrest of a Fairfax teen Sunday on four driving charges in Atchison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 17-year-old Charles T. Litherbury on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and driving in the left lane while not actively passing.
Authorities released Litherbury from the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office.
