Fatal Crash on Monday on Lovers Lane in St. Joseph

A woman died after a crash on Lovers Lane in St. Joseph.

Media sources report that the vehicle crashed around 11:30 Monday night into a tree near the intersection of Lovers Lane and 6th Ave.

The male driver was taken to Mosaic Life Care for treatment of his injuries while a female passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the accident has not been released.
