Authorizes in St. Joseph say one man was killed in an accident Saturday morning when a car and motorcycle collided.
St. Joseph Police say the accident happened at about 10:20 A.M. Saturday at the intersection of Pear Street and South Belt Highway when a northbound motorcycle hit a Toyota Corolla that was attempting to turn onto the Belt Highway from pear Street.
The driver of the motorcycle died from injuries sustained in the accident. The St. Joseph News-Press has identified that driver as Clayton Loubey.
The driver of the Toyota, who has not been identified publicly, suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Mosaic Life Care for treatment.
The accident is still under investigation.
