A man from Kansas was arrested for a felony in Daviess County
A report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says that 50-year-old Michael A. Moore of Kansas City, Kansas was arrested at 1:07 Saturday Afternoon.
Preliminary charges include felony possession of controlled substance, failure to register motor vehicle, no valid drivers license.
Moore was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail for a 24-hour hold.
