Felony Driving Charges Against St. Joe Man

A St. Joseph man was arrested on multiple driving charges, including a felony level charge, Thursday night in Platte County.

According to Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 48-year-old St. Joseph resident Harvey L. Cruse was arrested at 7:10 P.M. in Platte County for a felony charge of driving while intoxicated, in addition to charges of driving while revoked, not having insurance and speeding.

Cruse was booked into the Platte County Jail and ultimately released from custody.
