Felony Pair in Platte County Arrest

A Kansas City man was arrested on a pair of felonies in Platte County.
A report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says 50-year-old Richard T. Buford was arrested at 11:30 Monday morning.
He was charged with felony tampering with a motor vehicle, felony fleeing, and careless and imprudent driving.
He was taken to the Platte County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
