Fifteen Schools Awarded GEC Community Foundation Grants

The GEC Community Foundation announced grant awards to 15 schools.
This cycle included nearly $8,000 being awarded to schools that were funded through Operation Round Up. In that program, members voluntarily round up utility bills.
Education grants were awarded to the North Harrison, South Harrison, Gilman City, Ridgeway, Cainsville Mercer, Princeton, Newtown Harris, Grundy County, Trenton, Spickard, Laredo, North Daviess, and Livington County R-III School District in Chula.
The next grant application is April 1st. Qualified applicants must be a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization or other eligible entity and complete a grant application with support documentation.
