Fillmore Man Arrested on Felony Trio Monday in Andrew County

A Fillmore man was arrested on a trio of felonies Monday afternoon in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 40-year-old Norman E. Butts was arrested on preliminary felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance, resisting arrest by fleeing, and driving while suspended or revoked.
Butts also faces a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
