Fillmore Man Facing Multiple Charges Following Arrest in Andrew County

A Fillmore man is facing multiple charges following an arrest made in Andrew County Tuesday.

At 7:15 P.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old James M. Roberts who is accused of driving while intoxicated, failed to have two lighted headlamps, failed to display valid plates, failed to register the motor vehicle, possessed marijauna of ten grams or less, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and not having a valid license.

Roberts was booked into the Andrew County Sherriff’s Department on a 12 hour hold.
