Florida Pair Arrested on Drug and Weapons Charges in Buchanan County

Two Crystal River, Florida residents were arrested on drug and weapons charges Sunday morning in Buchanan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 65-year-old Vincent S. Rogers and 62-year-old Cynthia S. Rogers were arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance of marijuana, felony delivery of a controlled substance of marijuana, felony unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on 24-hour holds.
