A former Chillicothe Police officer pleaded guilty to a felony charge Monday in Livingston County Court.

Court documents say Brookfield resident Jeremy Don Stephens entered a guilty plea Monday to a felony charge of stealing 750 dollars or more.

Records list the charge from July 2020.

Court records say the prosecution recommended probation.
