Four Young Adults Arrested in Ray County

Four young adults were arrested Wednesday afternoon in Ray County.

A report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says at 4:45 pm they arrested 18-year-old Madison A. Fisher of Independence, 20-year-old Justin A Ripple of Kansas City, 21-year-old Taylor D. McDonald of Independence, and 19-year-old James M. Larue of Orrick.

Fisher was charged with felony drug possession, Ripple was charged with possession of 10 grams less of marijuana, Larue was charged with possession of 11-35 grams of marijuana. All three of them were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

McDonald was charged with driving while suspended, possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without obtaining a valid license, and failure to display valid plates.

All accused have been released.
