Free Fishing Classes Coming to St. Joseph

Free fishing classes are coming to Saint Joseph.

The Missouri Department of Conservation will offer free Discover Nature Fishing classes from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, and Wednesday, May 31, at MDC’s Northwest Regional Office in Saint Joseph.

These classes will teach newcomers how to fish and can help experienced anglers learn new techniques.

The classes are open to participants ages four and older, and individuals and families are welcome to attend.

Participants ages 16 to 64 must have a Missouri fishing permit.
