Fulton Man Arrested on Child Porn Charge

A man from Fulton was arrested on a child porn charge.
According to JailTracker, 33-year-old Zachery R. Kerns was booked into the Davies-DeKalb Regional Jail Tuesday at 6 pm.
He’s charged with possession of child pornography and is being held without bond.
