Gallatin Man Charged in Sex Crime Case in Daviess County

A Gallatin man faces five charges in Daviess County.
Court documents say Jimmy L. Ishmael faces charges of felony fourth-degree child molestation, two charges of felony first-degree statutory sodomy, felony first-degree harassment, and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
Records list those charges from 2012 to 2020.
The court denied bond for Ishmael.
He is next due in court on April 5 at 9:00 a.m.
