Gallatin Resident Charged With Felony Stealing

Authorities issued a warrant Wednesday for a Gallatin resident facing a pair of felony charges.

Court documents say Austin Smith-Parker faces felony charges of stealing 750 dollars or more and attempted stealing of a firearm.

Smith-Parker also faces a misdemeanor charge of second-degree property damage.

Records list all three charges from Tuesday.

The court set Smith-Parker’s bond Wednesday at 10-thousand dollars cash with supervision services.

Smith-Parker must have no contact with the victims, no possession of any firearm or ammunition, and be subject to GPS monitoring and drug testing.
