President Donovan called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m., with six members present.

Dr. Copple, Principals Burke, Collins, Thogmartin, Activities Director Gann and Board Secretary
Corwin were in attendance. Staff attending was Becky Adkison. Guests were Ronda Lickteig and Debra
Sweatman.
Bird motioned, Dowell seconded to approve the agenda.6-0
Critten motioned, Bird seconded to approve Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. for the next
meeting. 6-0
Critten motioned, Bird seconded to approve the September 15, 2021, open minutes.6-0
Critten motioned, Riley seconded to approve and pay the October 2021 bills except check #93841-
93845. 6-0
Critten motioned, Bird seconded to approve and pay checks #93841-93842. 5-0 Donovan abstained.

Principal Collins presented his report.
Principal Thogmartin presented her report.
Activities Director Gann presented his report.
Becky Adkison presented her Vocational and Family Career and Community Leaders of America
(FCCLA) report.
Activity Director Gann presented the Summer Journey summer school report for 2020-2021 year.
Bird motioned, Dowell seconded have the District complete summer school for 2021-2022 using our own
curriculum. 6-0
Principals presented the District’s Annual Performance Review for 2020-2021 school year.
At 7:45 a.m. Bradford motioned, Bird seconded to go into closed session for discussing personnel

Dowell motioned, Critten seconded to offer a paraprofessional position to Maggie Farrell. 6-0
Riley motioned, Bird seconded to offer a custodial position to Ethan Prindle. 6-0
Having no further business, at 8:00 a.m. the Board to adjourn on a motion by Bird, Dowell seconded.
