Gallatin Student Takes 3rd In State For 4H Public Speaking

 

A Gallatin middle school student and member of the Keystone Willing Workers 4-H group, Sullivan Holder, brought home a third place finsih at the state 4-H Public Speaking Contest thsi weekend.

The event was held Saturday, September 23, on the University of Missouri campus in Columbia.

Holder’s speech topic was about the P.H.A.R.M. Dog USA Program.
