Gallatin Woman Charged in Fatal Cameron Crash Now in Custody

A Gallatin woman facing a manslaughter charge in Clinton County Court is in custody.

Court documents say Cylea Reann Campbell faces charges of felony first-degree involuntary manslaughter, misdemeanor failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, misdemeanor driving while revoked or suspended, and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.

Records list all four charges from August 6.

Authorities say Campbell’s involvement in a two-car crash in Cameron ultimately resulted in the death of 86-year-old Cameron resident Donald Stone.

Campbell turned herself in on August 29.

Her bond is 500 thousand dollars.
